Dr. Dave Heitman is originally from California and has studied and worked in over 25 countries, most recently as a pastor and educator for seven years in New Zealand. In addition to ministry, Dave has worked in faith-based higher education since 2001, completing an Ed.D. in Innovation and Leadership from University of the Pacific. Dave is passionate about developing future leaders, specifically researching and developing stress resilience in leaders. Dave serves on a number of non-profit boards and is honored to have served as Dean of Students and now a faculty member at William Jessup University near Sacramento, CA.
