Mental wellness is not a solo issue because nobody lives in isolation. Having the ability to connect positively with others is one way to feel good about yourself. For some students, however, making positive connections can be challenging. Improvisation can help students find ways to make meaningful connections using humor and role play. Teachers can learn how to incorporate improv techniques into lessons to help students learn how to interact.
