During this time of uncertainty and elevated stress, it is more important than ever for educators to tend to their health and wellbeing. This session will focus on providing participants with opportunities to deepen and practice self-care and wellness strategies. Participants will engage in a variety of easy to employ strategies that may be helpful in sustaining positive, healthy, learning environments where students and adults thrive.
