Participants will acquire strategies for increasing mental health awareness in school communities. With consideration of barriers including mental health stigma, cultural factors, and limited resources, participants will learn strategies for developing an informative, user-friendly mental health website; educating staff, students and parents about mental health protective factors and challenges; and developing referral pathways with outside agencies. Strategies for supporting student mental health post-pandemic will be emphasized.
