When the adults thrive on a campus, so do the students. All educators will be charged with re-establishing a school community that will provide a safe and predictable learning environment for all students. However, the educator will need to rebuild their level of collective efficacy post pandemic. Participants will gain an awareness of (1) the value of collective efficacy and (2) how it serves as a protective factor against burnout. Also, (3) the participants will obtain skills to support the development of collective efficacy.
