What is school crisis recovery and renewal, and what could it be? Join us for a dynamic workshop exploring the social and emotional climate of the school community and Herman’s recovery model (1992) and create connections with how the model’s components (safety, remembrance & mourning, and reconnection to life. We discuss how to lead for recovery during a response (like a pandemic), and ways to center student and educator voice in guiding our recovery and renewal efforts.
