Participants will gain practical takeaways on how to help students build and apply EQ in everyday contexts. Participants will get a taste of how a six-week EQ program for HS and college students improved students’ skills in assessing, expressing, regulating and coping with emotions, their sense of belonging, and positive outlook during the pandemic.
