Well-being is a practice, much like teaching, that requires individuals and communities to continually prioritize and recommit. After the enormous challenges teachers faced professionally and personally during this year of pandemic teaching, this is more important than ever. In this workshop, participants will explore current research and data from the Challenge Success Faculty & Staff Survey that looks at school climate, engagement, belonging, stress, and workload to identify opportunities and practical strategies for both individuals and the school to improve faculty and staff well-being.
