After participating in this session, attendees should be able to…
1) Explain the Parallel Process and how supporting staff wellness can improve social-emotional development for students.
2) Identify three strategies to provide crisis response support to school staff in times of need.
3) Examine potential facilitators within their organization to create a multi-disciplinary crisis response team.
4) Summarize the three primary outcomes reported by participants after attending crisis response events and receiving social-emotional resources.
