BIPOC students feel academically and emotionally unprepared, overwhelmed, hopeless, and
struggle with microaggressions and racism. Some educators are often untrained to deal with their culture, ethnicity, or race issues. Learn strategies that will help them reflect upon, explore, and improve their mental health within their peer groups and communities of care. Incorporate tools that stimulate conversations about mental illness, reduce stigma and strengthens interpersonal relationships.
