This presentation will explore how through an MHSSA grant, a local county of education office was able to create a regional mental health coordination program to build partnerships between school districts and a county health care agency in order to leverage resources and provide services along a continuum of care. Participants will learn about the importance of utilizing data collection and resource mapping to inform district, staff, and student needs.
