In this session, participants will learn about the partnership between Orange County Department of Education and CHOC Children’s Hospital and their journey to bring WellSpaces (Student Wellness Centers) throughout Orange County. With the “moon shot” to have a WellSpace in every school in Orange County, the team will share the process involved from start to finish, lessons learned, barriers overcome, and the science behind the value of WellSpaces to respond to current needs. In addition to learning about the process of building a Student Wellness Center, participants will walk away with template forms and documents used for our WellSpace planning and execution to support implementation for any future Student Wellness Centers.
