Blending research, personal experience, and practical strategies, this session will explore the potential for mindfulness to enhance mental health and resilience in young adults. Participants will build tools that can be applied across academic and well-being courses at the high school and university level. This includes techniques for enhancing awareness, active listening and engagement, processing experiences, and working with emotions such as stress and anxiety.
