Fresno Unified School District identified a need to enhance efforts to reach vulnerable students in the district who receive multiple and frequent levels of intervention related to suicidal crisis on campus and in the community. Participants will acquire information regarding how this need was identified, the role that has been developed to facilitate the closing of gaps for identified students and families in need, and practical ideas on how to begin to close communication and service gaps in your own school district and community.
