The social, emotional, and physical health of teachers is a shared responsibility and a critical element of student learning.  The toll of the pandemic is being felt at all levels in education.  School staff are experiencing increased burnout, stress, anxiety and fear of returning to school.  Given these turbulent times, education leaders must prioritize staff wellness by cultivating healthy management practices.   This workshop will share leadership strategies for fostering staff resilience and building a trauma informed school culture.
