As the Wellness Coordinator for the Livermore School District, Dr. Hanninen-Danner oversees the development, design and delivery of school-based mental health and wellness programs and services.   She coordinates interagency collaboration and facilitates the district's Mental Health Awareness Advisory Committee.  Dr. Hanninen-Danner also coordinates the Livermore School District's highly successful Tier 2 SEL program, The Kid Connection, formerly part of the State Department of Mental Health's Early Mental Health Initiative (EMHI). She is the Lead Instructor for the district's Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) trainings and also provides Youth Mental Health First Aid trainings for staff and parents. Dr. Hanninen-Danner is also the district's Crisis Intervention Team Lead, coordinating crisis response district-wide.
