Dr. Mónica Robles

Student Wellness Specialist
Mónica Robles was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. She is the proud daughter of two hard working Mexican immigrants. She earned her A.A from Oxnard College then transferred to CSU Channel Islands where she earned her B.A in Sociology. She earned a M.S in K-12 Counseling and a specialization in Child Welfare and Attendance.
In 2022, Mónica earned her EdD in K-12 Educational Leadership from California Lutheran University.
Her research areas of interest include discipline practices in schools, at-promise youth and the school-to-prison pipeline. As the Student Wellness Specialist at Frontier High School, she has the privilege of supporting students’ mental health and overall wellness everyday
