Dr. Vivian Rodriguez-Eads has served youth in the greater Los Angeles area for over twenty years as a school psychologist and program administrator. Dr. Rodriguez-Eads worked as a school psychologist in Long Beach Unified School District supporting schools in BIPOC communities. She worked as a district office coordinator for special education, psychological services, for Tustin Unified School District. She continued her work as a site administrator for a regional program for students with emotional and behavioral disabilities, which she developed, with the Whittier Area Cooperative Special Education Program. Dr. Rodriguez-Eads is also an educational consultant supporting the development of teams, and special education programming.
